Governance pillar structuring
It will be our central axis to achieve sustainability, you will find the formats and programs necessary to structure it from the minimum required to build the ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT and THE MATRIX OF RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE SUSTAINABILITY FRAMEWORK and the GOVERNANCE KPI's until establishing strategic objectives within the framework of the global agenda to contribute to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, integrating environmental and social approaches, as follows:
Five of the Sustainable Development Goals are focused on the governance pillar to boost economic growth, promote the creation of decent jobs for all and increase productivity as a way to eradicate poverty and preserve natural ecosystems.
Governance KPIs: we will obtain the measurement system required to land the strategic KPIs that materialize the objectives set to meet the set goals and communicate the success achieved within the Sustainability framework.
Higher purpose: from the understanding of the SDGs and the needs of stakeholders, build motivation and inspiration to mobilize sustainability
Risks and opportunities: by linking all the tools of the model we will be able to build sustainability risks and opportunities based on the Significant Environmental Aspects and the double materiality analysis.
Context: understand the conditions of the internal and external context that can affect and/or promote sustainability objectives, finding the format to build and analyze it
